You can easily rent a car at Heraklion Airport through Traffic Rent. Book your car online at trafficrent.gr, by phone at +30 2897 024 427, or by email at info@trafficrent.gr.

You can always rent a car after your arrival in Crete by visiting one of Traffic Rent offices but we strongly suggest that you book your car in advance in order to ensure availability during the high season.

Traffic Rent offers port/airport pickup & drop-off service and many other areas throughout Crete.

Pick up at Chania Airport
It could not be easier to pick up a car from Chania airport with Traffic Rent. Once you exit the arrivals section of the airport, you will meet with one of our employees holding a sign with your name! (This service is available from 07:00 to 22:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 for just 30e)

Drop off at Chania Airport
Only 3min away, on your way to Chania Airport, you will find GR-PARKING (grparking.gr), a 5 star parking service and trusted partner. Once you are parked with the help of the parking manager and you have delivered your car key, you will be escorted to the complimentary shuttle service that will drive you to the airport directly to the departures section of the airport.

Pick up at Heraklion Airport
After exiting the airport, right across the street, you will see the airports car rental kiosks. The Traffic Rent kiosk, is right in the middle. There, on of our employees will be ready to sign a contract and show you your car!

Drop off at Heraklion Airport
When arriving at the airport, right across the street from it, you will see the airports’ car rental kiosks. The Traffic Rent kiosk, is right in the middle. There, on of our employees will be ready to recieve your car key. After hours, the key is simply put away safely in an assigned compartment. The departures section will be right across the street.

No. If you inform us in time about the delay the reservation will be transferred to the new arrival time. If due to the delay the collection is made outside of business hours (between 08 pm and 8 am) you will be charged an additional small fee in the final price.

There is no limit to the kilometers.

The return of the rented car can be done in another location. However, if this location is not in the areas covered by Traffic Rent there may be an additional charge.

If your hotel is located in an area served by Traffic Rent, we will pick up the car at your hotel and you can return it there by handing over the keys to the front desk at the end of the rental. If your hotel is in a non-Traffic area, additional charges may apply.

As with all rental companies, only the category of the car is confirmed and not a specific model.
